2. Select the "Renew contract" tab

3. Fill in the personal data (if some have changed)

4. Upload an ID copy of the person that signs it

5. Select the payment method (fully, partially or in rates)

6. Upon approval of the request, you will receive your proforma invoice by email (depending on the payment method selected)

7. Pay the invoice

1. Complete the rental application form

2. In the rental application form, select the contract holder (individual/legal person)

3. Fill in the personal data 

4. Upload an ID copy of the person that signes it

5. Select the payment method (fully, partially or in rates)

6. Upon approval of the request, you will receive your proforma invoice by email (depending on the payment method selected)

7. Pay the bill

- Monthly rent
- Complete package of services
- Costs for technical maintenance and building management
- Costs for IT & C infrastructure maintenance services
- Costs for additional services (security services, common spaces cleaning, indoor and outdoor lighting)
- Costs for household waste management and pest control services
- Costs related to the maintenance of fire prevention and fire-fighting equipment (central fire detection and maintenance inspections, prevention and control services, hydrants maintenance)

- Rooms are fully furnished and equipped (air conditioning, TV and cable subscription), including furniture and kitchen equipment (microwave oven, electric hob, fridge)
- Balcony
- En suite bathroom with shower
- Standard Wi-fi Internet

Note: For payment at the bank counters, you must present your West Gate Studios receipt. Please keep your receipt.

Individuals can pay maximum 10000 RON cash and legal persons maximum 5000 RON cash.

C. Online – with a personal card through the "Internet banking" service, which is processed directly in the WGS portal personal account.

Residents who want to live alone in the housing unit will pay the specific price for two places in a room, which is also valid for young professionals who want to live alone.

Terms for renting

The main terms to book and get a room in West Gate Studios are:

Eligibility:

West Gate Studios is a campus that accommodates more than 1,400 residents of different nationalities and ethnicity, regardless of their race, color, religion, disabilities. Everybody is part of a unique and lively community, created in order to promote national values and multiculturalism.
WGS residents must be at least 18 years old and 30 years old at most. Any exception from this rule must be discussed with the Business Manager.

Necessary documents for the signing of a lease contract:

a. Romanian/ foreign residents
- Identity card for Romanian residents
- Passport and residence permit for foreigners

b. Young professionals
- Identity card for Romanian professionals
- passport and residence permit for foreigners
- Certificate of employee (employment contract signed for an indefinite period)


Necessary documents for signing a lease contract for legal entities:

- Registration Certificate issued by the Trade Registry - copy
- ID card of company’s Administrator in case he is the party signing the lease contract
- ID card for delegate in case he is the party signing the lease contract instead of the administrator - copy
- Empowerment for the delegate signing the lease contract for the company
